This policy explains what information SynQ ("we", "us") collects through synqfit.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we record:
- Your email address
- Your IP address
- Your approximate location (city, region and country), estimated from your IP address
- The page you signed up on and the date and time
When you email us at hello@synqfit.in, we receive whatever you choose to include in your message.
Why we collect it
- To send you launch news, including the launch date, price and finishes
- To understand which cities interest in SynQ comes from, so we can plan the India launch
- To prevent spam and fake sign-ups
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.
Who handles it
Our website and waitlist run on Cloudflare, and sign-ups are delivered to our email inbox, provided by Google. These providers process the data only to run these services for us.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until SynQ launches, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to take you off the waitlist, at any time. Email hello@synqfit.in and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
